The company operates in service and preventive maintenance within property technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The business is located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with its headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which about 250 are employed at TFS.

About the position

As a ventilation technician, you will primarily work in the field with various types of service assignments. Your tasks will consist of qualified service commitments, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, as well as new and renovation projects. The work includes both planned and more urgent jobs and is varied with many social contact points. As a service technician, you will plan, coordinate, and perform service for our different customers. Your tasks will mainly consist of:

· Service work within ventilation

· Troubleshooting, action proposals, new and renovation projects

· Daily contact with our customers

In the role of ventilation technician, you are TFS's face to the outside and an important contact for our customers as you become part of creating the future of property technology.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in service work focused on ventilation. Experience in balancing is an advantage, as well as OVK certification and knowledge in control technology. To succeed in the role of ventilation technician, a B driver's license is required. We believe that you, as an applicant, have a technical interest, are confident, and have self-assurance in contact with new people. Furthermore, you have good adaptability and a natural drive that characterizes your working style.
